    After breakfast you will be picked up from hotel lobby for a full day Barong Kintamani tour. Be overwhelmed by the view of Mount Batur and Lake Batur with the smoky Agung Volcano in the background.Crystal Holiday Tip: You will get good roadside bargain opportunities to get some souvenirs at Kintamani Mt.     Payment Policy:

    • All payments towards the tour cost must be made by the customer to the company in accordance with the procedure and time frame mentioned herein below.
    • Booking Amount  : 25%  of Holiday cost as Booking Amount (Non-refundable)
    • 30 – 20 Days         : 50% of Holiday cost
    • 20 – 15 Days         : 75% of Holiday cost
    • 15 – 10 Days         : 100% of Holiday cost

    Terms & Conditions

    • Packages for North East are based on THREE (3) combinations of hotels
    • All the packages are on CP Plan (Room + Breakfast), Meal supplement given separately
    • Vehicles provided are mentioned in the quotations itself (Indigo/Dzire and Sumo)
    • Supplement cost for Innova is mentioned separately in each itinerary
    • Seating capacity of Indigo/Dzire 2-4 heads, Sumo Max. 6 heads and Innova Max. 5 heads (as, Carriers in vehicles are not allowed in many places in the region).
    • Air conditioning will not functional during hill drives for vehicles.
    • On arrival at Guwahati station the guests are requested to come out from the front side (RBI side)
    • On arrival at Guwahati airport the guests are requested to wait near the main Exit Gate of the airport.
    • Vehicles provided are as per itinerary and not at disposal.
    • Road conditions in this sector is not very good, particularly in Arunanchal ? The weather in the North East is very unpredictable. It is important to carry rain gear while traveling.
    • Drivers come from remote areas and may not be able to converse fluently in English or Hindi, guests are requested to call us in case of any confusion and avoid any argument with the drivers.
    • Night travel is not recommended due to unpredictable weather conditions.
    • We try to ensure that the sightseeing points do not fall on a closing day. Incase due to inevitable situation if the sightseeing falls on a closing day, it will have to be left out. Conducting that particular tour or sightseeing point the next day will be subject to time availability.
    • In Kaziranga elephant ride is subject to availability. Even after confirmation the ride may be cancelled at the last minute in which case the amount of the ride will be refunded to the guest
    • Please note that these packages are customizable, which means that you will be able to make changes to the itinerary/activity if you so desire
    • Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar etc., are not included
    • In case your package needs to be cancelled due to any natural calamity, weather conditions etc. Crystal Travel India Pvt. Ltd. shall strive to give you the maximum possible refund subject to the agreement made with our trade partners/vendors
    • If payment is not made as per the schedule provided in the first booking confirmation e-mail, Crystal Travel India Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel the booking after attempting to get in touch with you. Refunds would be as per the package cancellation policy.
    • The passenger names in the booking form should be exactly as per passports or Govt. ID Proof. Crystal Travel India Pvt. Ltd. will not bear any liability for the name change fee, if incorrect names and ages have been added at the time of booking.
    • Standard check-in time at the hotel is normally 2:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am. An early check-in, or a late check-out is solely based on the discretion of the hotel
    • In case the selected hotel is unavailable for booking, an alternate arrangement will be offered to the customer in another hotel of a similar category
    • Certain hotels abroad may ask for a security deposit during check-in, which is refundable at check-out subject to the hotel’s policy
    • Crystal Travel India Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to change/modify or terminate the offer any time at its own discretion and without any prior notice.
    • Flight or Hotel Cost can change without any prior notice.
    • Transportation provided will be as per itinerary only (not at disposal)  
    • Package rates are subject to change without prior notice

    Refunds:

    • The company reserves the right to determine the quantum of refund payable in case of cancellation or amendment of a Tour. Such refund would be based on various factors like the number of participants, the cancellation policies of suppliers like hoteliers, coach operators, etc..

    Hotels:

    • Standard hotel check-in time for hotels is from 1400 hours and check-out time is 1200 hours.
    • Certain Holiday packages may have black-out dates during certain periods of the year on account of exhibitions, events or trade fairs.
